Nanga Parbat 8000er of Himalayas

Nanga Parbat is in remote Gilgit-Baltistan, and it raises high above the Fairy Meadows. It is the world’s 9th highest mountain.  Only a few people can try to climb the 8000ers. Currently, only about 40 people succeeded in climbing all 14 of them.  There is a very extreme issue of the lack of oxygen. Some climatic conditions are hard to face. So the climbers have to face many issues and have to carefully involve in the basic decision making. It is adventurous but also physically tiring.

Hardness of 8000ers

The weather conditions are also not supportive and climbers face many hardships. The temperature is always below freezing there and mountaineers have to survive hard. If you are planning to visit during the dry season, the climbers may experience storms and hardly seek shelter. Therefore, making necessary preparations is very important for a successful ascent. Climbing at a high altitude is not easy and the climbers must have great stamina and strength. They have to cope up with harsh weather conditions, lower oxygen levels, stress, and toil.

If you are planning to climb these high peaks, you must work hard to improve your health. Improve your cardiovascular endurance, chest, body, back, and leg strength to prepare for these climbs. Many people die during their attempts to climb so preparations are very important.
